The MSA Latchways Personal Rescue Device (PRD) is a completely self-contained self-rescue solution for those working at heights or in areas where the risk of a fall is present.
Lightweight and unobtrusive, the PRD is housed within an enclosed pouch built into a full-body fall arrest harness. It works in conjunction with a fall arrest system or roof anchor point.

PRD Rescue Pole – $342.13 (excl. GST)
The Rescue Pole is designed to allow a third-party to operate the PRD in the event a fallen worker is unable to perform a self-rescue.
Using the rescue pole, a colleague can activate the PRD’s secondary release mechanism, which lowers the worker safely to the ground.
The pole can be used to assist in performing rescues at a maximum length of 3.4 metres, when fully extended.
